Grimsby Town 2-0 Luton Town

Alan Connell
Ex-Bournemouth striker Connell netted his fourth goal of the season

Goals from Alan Connell and Michael Cummins gave Grimsby a comfortable win over Luton Town.

Shane Blackett handballed in the area to give Grimsby a penalty and Connell stepped up to convert it.

The Hatters were unlucky not to level after the break when Matthew Barnes-Homer's effort came back off the post.

But Neil Woods' side extended their lead when Cummins headed home from Lewis Gobern's centre and Luton failed to respond.
