Torquay strengthened their play-off position with victory over Barrow.
The hosts took the lead when Nicky Wroe slid into the bottom corner after good work from Tyrone Thompson.
Barrow levelled when Paul Brown converted a Jason Walker cross, but Elliot Benyon put United back in front six minutes before the break.
Benyon set up Tim Sills from close range and Matthew Green added a fourth on the stroke of full time, while Barrow had Walker sent off.
