Truro City have set a new points record for the Western League after a 5-2 win at home to mid-table Hallen.
City's 103 points from 40 games is more than any other side for over a decade, Taunton had set a record of 102 in 1999 but played two matches less.
Martin Watts scored a first half hat-trick while Stewart Yetton got two in the second half for City.
Yetton's brace means he ends the campaign as the club's top scorer for the third year running with 55 goals.
City won the title by finishing 17 points above second-placed Dawlish Town, the highest winning margin for more than a decade.
Truro will play in the Southern League Division One West next season as they bid to keep on climbing the English football pyramid.
City have now won three consecutive promotions.
