![]() | Friday, 21 December, 2001, 16:21 GMT Ellender transfer settled Scarborough have settled out of court with Boston over money owed on the transfer of Paul Ellender to Boston last season. The Seasiders were ready to go to the High Court in Leeds to seek a winding-up order against the Conference leaders if their demands over �20,000 of unpaid instalments on the deal had not been met. But the matter has now been resolved between the two clubs. On the pitch, Boro manager Russell Slade has added former Leeds United youngster Paul Shepherd to his squad.
