Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri partners Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Eidur Gudjohnsen in attack as the London club seek to overcome Monaco to reach the European Cup final.

Defender Sebastien Squillaci and Jerome Rothen are passed fit for Monaco.

Porto manager Jose Mourinho, a reported Chelsea target to replace Ranieri, is at Stamford Bridge to watch the game.

Porto will meet the winners of Wednesday's game after beating Deportivo La Coruna 1-0 on aggregate on Tuesday.
