Langer: It's two nil!
Australia pose for a phot after their merciless victory at Lord's
Seven-and-a-half hours of celebrating has been a riot
Australian batsman Justin Langer continues his Ashes tour diary for BBC Sport Online.

22 July

Day Four, Second Test at Lord's
The digital clock in my hotel room has just turned over to 20:22 and considering that I have literally walked into this room about one minute ago, it would be fair to say the celebrations have again matched the win in this second Test match.

At 12:35, Matty Hayden straight drove a ball from Caddick to secure a ruthless victory in this Ashes series.

With the first cold Fosters handed out at about 12:39, the seven and a half-hours of celebrations in the luxurious Lord's changing rooms have been an absolute riot.

Never a team to let an opportunity to celebrate go by, we have been singing, dancing, drinking cold beer and generally having the time of our lives.

The final triumph was perhaps easier than we had bargained for when we arrived in St John's Wood this morning.

Jason Gillespie
'Dizzy' does it again
In most of the minds of our squad, I think the likelihood of a tough day of Test cricket was looming as a challenge ahead.

Certainly my prediction before the first ball of the day, was a tough fight from the England batsmen and a competitive and ugly run chase to secure a victory.

Thanks though to spells of aggressive fast bowling from 'Pigeon' and 'Dizzy' Gillespie, and a number of brilliant slip catches, the game was over quicker than a Brett Lee bouncer.

The capacity crowd at the Home of Cricket was probably disappointed at the early finish, but from our point of view, we were obviously thrilled to have secured a 2-0 lead in this series.

The way the guys went about their business over the three and a half days was magnificent.

While England may point to a few drop catches as a factor in their defeat, I think they will be searching for answers before now and the third Test.

We can still improve, and this must be a worrying factor for the hosts.

As for now, it is into the shower to wash away some of the thrown Fosters.

It is time to savor the moment and enjoy the jubilation of involvement in this very good Australian cricket team.
