Pakistan left big-hitting Shahid Afridi out of their squad for the first of five one-dayers against West Indies. Afridi paid the price for managing only 114 runs in 14 one-day international innings this year, but leg-spinner Danish Kaneria has been recalled.
Younis Khan will lead the team in the game in Rawalpindi on 5 December, with regular skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq serving the last of his four-match suspension.
The other games are in Faisalabad, Lahore, Multan and Karachi.
