Ireland all-rounder Paul Mooney has announced his retirement from international cricket but will continue to play for club North County. The 30-year-old played 84 times for his country, taking 103 wickets at a cost of 26.65 and scoring 766 runs at 17.02.
He said: "I have been fortunate to represent Ireland for 10 years and during that period I've had some of the best times and experiences of my life.
"I hope I can play a role in the further development of Irish cricket."
Ireland earned a name for themselves at the World Cup after qualifying for the Super 8s and securing shock victories over Pakistan and Bangladesh.

And Mooney added: "I'd like to wish captain Trent Johnston, coach Phil Simmons and the team all the best for the season, and the future.
"It's a special squad of players that we have at the minute, and I believe greater things can be achieved.
"Well done to everyone at the World Cup. It has been an amazing experience, and hopefully has changed the face of cricket in Ireland forever."
