Inter Cricket is a great way to develop cricket skills, but with a few changes from the normal game.
It is a stepping stone from Kwik Cricket aimed at children between 12 and 14.
The game uses a soft ball which is only bowled from one end. The running distances are shorter too.
There are less people in a team and you score runs by hitting the ball against a wall.
There is also a free hit rule after a wide or no-ball, similar to one-day cricket style regulations.
Inter Cricket can be played indoors as well as outdoors and because the ball is soft, you don't have to wear pads either.
It is also played with coloured clothing to liven things up.
Inter cricket is played on a special "Flicx" pitch, which can be taken anywhere.
