Nottinghamshire fast bowler Charlie Shreck staked a claim for a spot in the side for the Duleep Trophy with four wickets as the Lions beat a Mumbai XI. Shreck finished with 4-52 as the Lions dismissed their hosts for 230 in the second innings to seal a 30-run win.
Gloucestershire's Steve Kirby claimed 3-12 and Liam Plunkett chipped in with two of the other three wickets.
England's second string were dismissed for just 114 in their second innings, despite having been 48-0 at one stage.
