Man-of-the-match Sri Sreesanth saluted the India team spirit as they completed a 5-1 one-day series win over England.

"It's a great feeling to be part of this winning side," he said.

Sreesanth took 6-55 as England were bowled out for 288 and added: "I just tried to keep the basics right and the crowd supported us so I enjoyed it."

The 23-year-old took 10 wickets in the series plus nine in Tests but said: "I improved quite a bit but there's a long to way to go, the best is yet to come."

India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh was names man of the series for the third time in succession.

The 24-year-old left-hander struck a century plus an unbeaten 63 in the final match to average 47.39, and also claimed six wickets with his slow left-armers and took four catches.

"It's been a contest with England and I'd like to salute Kevin Pietersen who deserves this award as much as me," he said.

"There's been a lot of work, the boys have been training hard, even after every game."
