Around 150 tickets will be on sale on each morning of the first Ashes Test starting at Lord's on Thursday. The match sold out long ago but the MCC recovered some tickets from agencies and internet auctions and banned sellers from purchasing in the future.
The rest of the tickets have been returned to the MCC by buyers who are now unable to attend.
Tickets will go on sale at the ground's North Gate sales points at 0900BST on each day of the Test.
The England and Wales Cricket Board asked the government to impose new laws to crack down on ticket touts after hundreds of tickets appeared on website eBay at astronomical prices.
Meanwhile, tickets have already been made available for the fifth day of three of this summer's Tests between England and Australia.
The Oval has already sold out all five days for the fifth Test while Edgbaston (second Test) and Trent Bridge (fourth Test) are selling fifth day tickets.
Lord's will make day five tickets available on Monday morning while Lancashire have yet to decide when day five tickets will go on sale for the third Test at Old Trafford.
For those fans who have not secured Ashes tickets, the ECB will be holding several Cricket in the Park events throughout July and August.
Big screens will be erected in London's Regent's Park for the first Test, Birmingham's Cannon Hill Park for the second Test and Bristol's Queen's Square for the third Test.
