India U19 complete resounding win
First Under-19 Test, Bangalore: India 334 & 200-4 dec beat England 112 & 129 by 293 runs

India Under-19 completed a tough welcome for their England counterparts in a 293-run win with a day to spare in the first Test in Bangalore.

Manoj Tiwari was the star, hitting an unbeaten 50 as the hosts declared on 200-4 then taking five of the last six wickets in 10 overs with his leg-spin.

Set an unlikely 423 to win, the tourists capitulated for 129, man-of-the-match Tiwari returning 5-33.

Ben Harmison and Hampshire's Mitchell Stokes led the batting, both making 33.
