Captain Brian Lara paid tribute to his fielders for containing England despite a high-scoring fifth one-day match, which the hosts won by five wickets. "After the first 15 overs, they were 106 and to bowl 35 overs for 175 runs was a special effort," said Lara.
"That's where we won the game because at the beginning they looked like (getting) over 300 runs.
He added: "Dwayne Smith and Dwayne Bravo can hit the ball big and we were depending on that."
Lara and Sarwan shared a workmanlike 76-run partnership during the middle of the innings.

But England captain Michael Vaughan believed the tourists had the match wrapped up before the late fireworks. "With 12 overs to go we thought we had the game won but some explosive hitting from Dwayne Smith and Sarwan took the game to the West Indies," Vaughan said.
England set a new ground record, scoring 281-8, with opener Marcus Trescothick making 130.
Vaughan said: "We were quite happy with 281 and Marcus's innings was exceptional."
Trescothick and all-rounder Andrew Flintoff both required visits from the physio during the match, raising fears ahead of Sunday's match at the same venue.
But Vaughan said both had "just a bit of cramp", adding: "We'll nurse them tonight and hopefully they'll both be fit for tomorrow."
Spinner Ashley Giles also expects to come back into contention after injuring his calf while swimming last week.
"There was no guarantee I would play in this match," he said during the game.
"But with the pitch wearing, there's a chance I could make the team tomorrow and play a good part."
