Lawson has been hindered by back trouble |
West Indies fast bowler Jermaine Lawson has been cleared for international selection after a review of his modified action. Lawson was reported for throwing during a Test against Australia last May.
He claimed 3-72 against England in a tour match in Jamaica last month, and a review group cleared his action based on video footage from that match.
A West Indies Cricket Board statement praised "the effort and commitment demonstrated by Lawson".
Lawson played the last of his six one-day internationals during last year's World Cup, but could return for the fourth match of the forthcoming series against England on 28 April.
The squad has already been name for the first three matches of the series, which begins on Sunday.
Lawson has captured 29 wickets at 24.31 runs apiece in seven Tests.
During the series against Australia, he claimed a hat-trick at Bridgetown and career-best figures of 7-78 at Antigua, after which he was reported.
