Moxon is worried Yorkshire's crowds could suffer (Getty Images) |
Yorkshire director of cricket Martin Moxon has warned of a possible overkill in the Twenty20 game. Yorkshire play five home games in the Northern Division this season, rather than the four in previous years. "It is an exciting format of the game, but there has to be a sensible balance between all the different formats," Moxon told BBC Radio Leeds. "We just have to be careful that we don't do too much and the crowds become less rather than more." Hear ball-by-ball coverage of Yorkshire v Derbyshire in the Twenty20 Cup on BBC Radio Leeds 774AM and online at bbc.co.uk/leeds or bbc.co.uk/westyorkshire on Thursday from 1715 BST.
