Worcestershire's Ben Smith says the arrival of former England bowler Simon Jones has given them a real boost. Steve Rhodes' men were relegated from Divison One of the County Championship last season and were not helped by a lack of experienced bowlers.
"Simon Jones is one of those players that will bring a lot more profile to the team," the former skipper told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"When big players come and play for you it always breeds a bit of excitement."
