Worcestershire skipper Gareth Batty hailed the team spirit among his players after they clinched their first trophy since 1994. They made 271-4 to beat Gloucestershire by six wickets at Bristol and win the NatWest Pro40 title.
"We won't need any help celebrating. The lads have been great and the spirit in the team has seen us through.
"It wasn't an easy total to face, but we haven't lost a one-day game since the start of June," Batty commented.
