Australia's last visit to Scotland was a disappointing washout.

BBC Scotland will broadcast the one-day international between Scotland and Australia on 28 August.

The match comes four days after the Australians complete the Ashes series against England.

Australia, who crushed the Scots by 203 runs at the 2007 World Cup, had their last visit to Scotland washed out by rain in August 2005.

BBC Two Scotland and BBC Radio Scotland will provide ball-by-ball coverage of the match from The Grange in Edinburgh.
