Nottinghamshire and England bowler Stuart Broad has welcomed the news that Trent Bridge will host ICC World Twenty20 matches next year. Broad, part of England's squad for last year's inaugural event in South Africa, told BBC Radio Nottingham: "Everyone knows it's a fantastic ground. "And with the redevelopments it will be a hell of an atmosphere. "To play World Twenty20 here will be special and as a Notts player it'll be fantastic to play on my home ground." Left-arm paceman Broad also played at Trent Bridge in a domestic Twenty20 final whilst with Leicestershire.
