We have to lift ourselves. This game has to go in the bin
Paul Nixon
Leicestershire wicketkeeper Paul Nixon insists the heavy Twenty20 Cup defeat against Nottinghamshire was just a blip and says they must not panic.
The Foxes are still in the second qualifying spot in the North Division.
And two wins from their final two games, which are both at home, will secure a place in the quarter-finals.
"We are still in the hunt," Nixon told BBC Radio Leicester. "One blip does not make us a poor side overnight but we have to learn our lessons quickly."
He added: "Now is the time to have a good chat and make sure we are right for our next two games at Grace Road.
"We have to lift ourselves. This game has got to go in the bin."
Leicestershire entertain Yorkshire on Friday and Durham on Sunday.
