You say, We say - Leicestershire
BBC Sport assesses each side in the 2006 season, and fans offer their views.

You Say ...
By John Wilson

The appointment of head coach Tim Boon and Jeremy Snape as captain are key.

The focus should shift from imported players as talented youngsters like fast bowler Stuart Broad and keeper Tom New come to the fore.

I expect Darren Maddy to have a big season with the bat but bowling sides out twice could be a problem - I am not sure Mohammad Asif will be available.

I predict Championship promotion, top spot in Pro40 Division Two and a Twenty20 semi-final place.

We Say ...
By Martin Gough

Leicestershire could be a team of the future if exciting talents like Stuart Broad and John Maunders continue to develop, but this year may be too soon.

The bowling relied on Ottis Gibson - now departed - last year and they may struggle to find an overseas star.

New captain Jeremy Snape only got into the Championship team twice last year.

The rest of the side's strength is also likely to be in the one-day arena, with a push for Pro40 promotion and another shot at Twenty20 finals day.
