Kent's Danish fast bowler Amjad Khan has started the application process to qualify for England. Khan, Kent's highest wicket-taker this year, can qualify through residency soon having joined the county in 2001.
"We're starting to get all the application forms together and will send them off in the next couple of months," he told BBC Radio Kent.
"Hopefully the ECB and the Home Office will make a decision this year and then hopefully a few doors will open."
