 Wharf is likely to need hip surgery |
Glamorgan and England all-rounder Alex Wharf has been ruled out for the rest of the year with the hip injury he picked up in the Worcestershire loss. He sees a specialist in Cambridge on Thursday and expects to face surgery.
Bowler David Harrison and keeper Mark Wallace are fit for Sunday's rearranged Pro40 game with Nottinghamshire at Trent Bridge after overcoming knocks.
The tie was switched from Monday as part of a contingency plan if Pakistan withdrew from their one-day series.
Glamorgan need to win to keep pace with the top two in Division One, Essex and Sussex.
