Kasprowicz claims award
Glamorgan and Australia pace bowler Mike Kasprowicz
Kasprowicz played a starring role for Glamorgan in 2003
Glamorgan's Mike Kasprowicz has won the Cricket Society Wetherall Award for the leading all-rounder in first-class cricket in 2003.

The Australian took 77 wickets at an average of 21.15 and scored 556 runs with a highest score of 78.

Society chairman Bill Allan noted that it is the first time since 1954 that a bowler has taken two nine-wicket hauls in a season.

Kasprowicz was given the award after Sunday's win over Surrey.
