| Derbyshire have announced a profit of 54,632, which represents their best set of financial results since 1995. The surplus follows a loss of 215,439 in 2005 and has been credited to an administrative and playing shake-up. Chief executive Tom Sears said: "We are delighted that all the changes made in the last two years have paid off. "We set out to transform the club into a far more robust business capable of sustaining a successful team and we are starting to achieve that."
