Hogg faced 11 of final 12 balls to win Lancashire the game

Kyle Hogg hit an unbeaten 35 to break Unicorns hearts and secure Lancashire a nervy two-wicket CB 40 win.

Chasing 254 to win, Karl Brown (64) and Paul Horton (63) put on 115 for the first wicket before Neil Hancock (5-64) reduced Lancashire to 234-8.

But Hogg kept his nerve to make 19 of the 20 runs required to guide his side home off the last ball.

Captain Keith Parsons had earlier hit 84 not out, putting on 120 with Josh Knappett (64), in the Unicorns' 253-7.
