Sussex's hopes of reaching the CB 40 semi-finals were hit when their game with Glamorgan at Hove was washed out.

Umpires Peter Willey and Nigel Cowley abandoned the match after an afternoon of heavy rain.

Both sides get one point, leaving Sussex one behind Group A leaders Somerset, who have two games in hand.

Sussex's best chance of progressing now looks to rest on claiming the one last-four place given to the best runner-up from the three groups.
