Michael O'Shea hit 90 from 62 balls as part-time side Unicorns beat Worcestershire by three wickets in the CB 40 at Kidderminster.

Jackson Thompson (54) and Keith Parsons (47) also weighed in as Unicorns reached their target of 278 with two balls to spare.

Earlier, Shakib Al Hasan top-scored with 72 in Worcestershire's 277-7.

The win is Unicorns' third in Group A, while Worcestershire have lost all of their seven games.

Worcestershire were struggling at 27-3 before Shakib and Daryl Mitchell (70) added 113 for the fourth wicket.

James Cameron then plundered 58 from 47 balls and Worcestershire looked to be well on top when Alan Richardson removed Unicorns opener Chris Murtagh for just nine.

But Thompson hit six fours and two sixes before O'Shea and Parsons shared 115 for the fourth wicket.

Both fell but Unicorns held their nerve and were seen over the line by Neil Hancock's unbeaten 25.
