Imran Arif grabbed a five-wicket haul on his County Championship debut as Worcestershire made Glamorgan follow-on for the fourth time in five matches.

The Kashmir-born 24-year-old finished with 5-50 and Simon Jones boosted his England chances with three wickets as Glamorgan were dismissed for 279.

Following on 178 behind they struggled to 189-7 second time round and Worcestershire look set for victory.

Kabir Ali took 4-32 while Arif picked up two more victims.
