Sussex will play local rivals Kent in the second Twenty20 Cup semi-final at Edgbaston on 4 August. Lancashire have been paired with Gloucestershire in the opening match of the day, starting at 1130 BST.
Sussex face fellow Finals Day new boys Kent from 1500 BST, with the winners contesting the final at 1915 BST on the same day in Birmingham.
"We've had some real tussles with Kent in the past," said Sussex captain Chris Adams. "We know each other very well."
