Sean Ervine and Nic Pothas were the star performers as Hampshire added to Glamorgan's woes with a six-wicket win in the second round of the C&G Trophy.
Hampshire chased down the hosts' 214 with more than 20 overs to spare in Cardiff, with Pothas stroking 114 not out and Kevin Pietersen an unbeaten 69.
The pair added 130 unbroken runs after Simon Jones (2-52) helped reduce the visitors to 89-4.
Earlier, Zimbabwean Ervine took 5-50 as Glamorgan were dismissed for 214.
It was Ervine's second five-wicket haul at this level of one-day cricket, and he bowled Glamorgan's top-scorer Mike Powell for 56.
Chris Tremlett, with figures of 3-32, got the ball rolling with the wicket of opener and captain Robert Croft, bowled for 20.
Glamorgan's total was never likely to be enough, despite Andrew Davies (2-30) bowling Simon Katich for a first-ball duck.
Keeper Pothas, promoted to opener, hit 12 fours and a six in his second one-day century, while Pietersen's 64-ball dig included three boundaries and four sixes - one of which was used to win the match.
