Stephen Fleming says there is more success to come for Nottinghamshire during his time as skipper, as his side celebrate winning the Championship. Victory over Kent brought Notts their first Championship since 1987 and their first major trophy in 14 years.
"I've got a two-year deal and a number of the side have targeted this year but also next year," said Fleming.
"We have got an ageing side but with that comes experience and it's been very valuable throughout the year."
Notts are the first side since the Championship was split in 2001 to win the title after being promoted from Division Two the previous year.

But New Zealand skipper Fleming said he was confident when he decided to move to Trent Bridge that they would have a good chance of success.
"Looking at the form last year under Jason Gallian there was a massive chance of them playing good cricket this year," he continued.
"I'm very honoured to be part of them and also lead them - it's been a great year."
Seamer Andy Harris took 6-76 to complete a 214-run victory over Kent and wrap up the title.
"After getting on the England A tour in 1996 it's been a long time before I've had something else to celebrate," he said.
"I got the wickets today but the other guys have all taken [around] 50 wickets and chipped in at the right times."
Opener Gallian played in three Tests for England while he was still a Lancashire player in 1995.
"It's up there with your Test cap," he said. "It's great to win the Championship, something I've never done.
"I've won one-dayers with Lancashire in the past but the Championshiop always eluded us."
Fleming paid tribute to Kent opposite number David Fulton for agreeing a declaration to keep Kent's faint title hopes alive.
"Dave Fulton is a guy who loves to win, and that is the sort of captain I think needs to be promoted in county cricket," he added.
"There were some boos and jeers about what we did.
"That is where county cricket has to go - with guys who want to win games rather than getting caught up too much in bonus points."
