Glamorgan strolled into the Twenty20 Cup semi-finals with a five-wicket win over Warwickshire in Cardiff.

Set 159 to win, the Dragons slumped to 2-2 before an 118-run stand between David Hemp and Matt Elliott helped them to victory with one over to spare.

Hemp's 74 came off 52 balls and boasted six fours and three sixes, while Aussie Elliott hit five fours from 39 balls before falling for 48.

Brad Hogg's 51-ball 54 was not enough for the Bears as they made just 158-7.

Darren Thomas, whose first two balls were hit by Neil Carter for six, recovered to return 3-32.

The Twenty20 Cup Finals day, which incorporates both semis and the final, will be staged at Edgbaston on 7 August.
