Anurag Singh hit 62 not out on another rain-hit day in south Wales as Nottinghamshire reached 165-6 against Glamorgan after day two.

The first day was lost to rain, and only half the second day was available to the frustration of both sides.

Glamorgan aim to gain a promotion spot while Nottinghamshire are hoping to secure the Division Two title.

Robert Croft and David Harrison each took two wickets while England's Simon Jones took 1-50 in his 13 overs.
