Lincolnshire are bidding to seal their progress from the group stage of the Minor Counties knockout trophy as they host Buckinghamshire on Sunday. After beating Cambridgeshire by one wicket, and Dorset by 32 runs, victory at Bracebridge Heath should be enough to see them into the quarter-finals. County captain Rob Cook told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "Everything seems to be going our way at the moment. "Luck is riding a little on our side, but good sides need their luck." Lincolnshire beat Cambridgeshire with the very last ball of the match at Woodhall Spa, while opener Martyn Dobson was twice dropped by Dorset fielders on his way to an invaluable 85. Cook also admits that Lincolnshire are conceding too many extras. He said: "We know what areas we need to improve on - 40 extras (against Dorset) is too many and it will bite us in the backside sooner or later if we're not careful." But Cook thinks home advantage will count at Bracebridge Heath, where he and several other team members play club cricket. "There are six of us - seven if you count Felly (Director of cricket Mark Fell) - who play at Bracebridge. "Hopefully now we've won a couple of games people will come down and lend their support." Play is scheduled to start at 1100 BST on Sunday 11 May.
