Half centuries from Mahmudullah and Tamim Iqbal saw the tourists to 225-8 off 48.2 overs before rain intervened.

Set an adjusted total of 158 off 25 overs, opener Salman Butt led the charge, smashing 76 as Pakistan reached their target with 10 balls to spare.

The victory puts Pakistan 2-0 up in the five-match limited-over series.
