Lisburn spinner Greg Thompson will captain Ireland in the Under-19 World Cup event which gets underway in Malaysia in February. This will be Thompson's third World Cup having played in the two previous campaigns in Sri Lanka and Bankladesh.
Also included are NCU representatives Gavin McKenna, James Shannon, Paul Stirling and James Hall.
Ireland have been drawn in Group D, along with England, Bangladesh and Bermuda.
The fixtures will take place around Kuala Lumpur, with Ireland opening their campaign against England on 17 February.
The Irish came desperately close to beating England in the last competition, losing by only four runs, with ironically Thompson being the player dismissed off the final ball of the game.
Ireland face Bangladesh on 20 February and the group stage concludes the following day 21 February with a fixture against qualifier Bermuda.
The team will have at least two warm up games prior to the start of the tournament against Namibia on 12 February and Nepal two days later.
