Second ODI, Sydney: Australia v New Zealand Match abandoned because of rain Brett Lee led the bowling figures before play was abandoned | Heavy rain forced the second Chappell-Hadlee Trophy one-day international between Australia and New Zealand to be abandoned on Sunday. Only six overs of play were possible at the Sydney Cricket Ground. New Zealand had reached 30-3 with Scott Styris 12 not out and Australian paceman Brett Lee grabbing the wickets of Lou Vincent and Brendon McCullum. Australia lead the best-of-three match series 1-0 with the final match in Hobart on Thursday.
