 | Saqib Al Hasan and Mohammad Ashraful batted very well |
Bangladesh captain Habibul Bashar hopes his side can take their form into the Super 8 phase, having beaten Bermuda and India in World Cup Group B. "We've been playing some good cricket - hopefully we can cause more upsets," Bashar said after the rain-affected seven-wicket win against Bermuda.
"It wasn't easy as there were so many breaks in play, and the ball was wet.
"But we stuck to the basics, showed some attitude and Saqib Al Hasan and Mohammad Ashraful batted very well."
Ashraful, who steered the Tigers to victory with an unbroken fourth-wicket stand of 59 with Hasan, added: "It was difficult to bat in those conditions, and the ball was moving around a little bit.
"But I told Saqib that if he stayed in, I would score 30 and we would win the match."

Despite losing each of their three group matches, Bermuda captain Irvine Romaine was pleased with his side's performances at the World Cup. "I'm so proud of the players and the fans, we've done Bermuda proud," he insisted.
"The weather really restricted, as it's hard to bat when you're coming off and going back on so often.
"But we wanted to put up a serious challenge, and the more games we play, the better we will get."
Portly Bermuda spinner Dwayne Leverock, who has emerged as a cult figure at the World Cup, said: "It has been a good tournament, and I'd like to thank all the fans for coming out.
"But if it wasn't for all the rest of the team encouraging me, I wouldn't be here.
"I've been bowling slow left-arm for 15 years, and I've been getting better with age!" the 35-year-old added.
