Irish name squad for England game
Ireland captain Trent Johnston
Trent Johnston will lead Ireland against England at Stormont
Middlesex batsman Eoin Morgan is among Ireland's 12-man squad for their first ever full one-day international, on Tuesday against England.

England are the only Test nation the Irish have not played and the Belfast match is close to being a sell-out.

The Ireland squad includes most of the players who have successfully qualified for the 2007 World Cup, which is being staged in the West Indies.

Wicket-keeper Niall O'Brien will be added to the squad if released by Kent.

The squad also features batsman Dominick Joyce, whose older brother Ed toured the West Indies with England A earlier this year.

Like his Middlesex team-mate, Morgan, 19, has already stated his ambition to play for England in future.

Ireland, who have won one game and lost five in their inaugural season in county cricket's C&G Trophy, have been given full ODI status in the run-up to the World Cup.

One-day internationals against fellow World Cup qualifiers Scotland and the Netherlands follow in August.

Ireland: T Johnston (capt), A Botha, J Bray, P Gillespie, D Joyce, D Langford-Smith, K McCallan, J Mooney, P Mooney, E Morgan, K O'Brien, A White.
