Colombo's scoreboard tells the tale after England were bowled out
India bowled England out for a miserable 58 to complete a 234-run win in the Under-19 World Cup semi-final.

Number nine Graeme White (17) was the only batsman to reach double figures under floodlights in Colombo, chasing an unlikely 293 for victory.

Pace bowler Abu Ahmed did the early damage with figures of 4-14.

India's Cheteshwar Pujara survived a drop on one to put England's bowlers to the sword with 129 not out, including a stand of 112 with Rohit Sharma (59).

India will go on to meet the winners of Friday's second semi-final between holders Pakistan and Australia.

Elsewhere, Ireland secured their first win of the tournament, over Namibia by six wickets, and will play the winners of Friday's Scotland-Uganda clash the following day for 13th place.

New Zealand beat the USA by 170 runs to book a place in Saturday's Plate Championship final.

And Bangladesh guaranteed a top-six finish by ending the West Indies' tournament with a four-wicket defeat in a play-off game for quarter-final losters.
