India captain Rahul Dravid said a fine performance in the field paved the way for the seven-wicket win over Pakistan in the second one-dayer in Rawalpindi. The hosts were limited to 265 on a good pitch before India cruised to their target with almost seven overs left.
"We bowled beautifully on a very flat wicket. All six really stuck to their task - it's not easy bowling to the Pakistani batsmen on this wicket.
"It was a very professional job right from the beginning," Dravid enthused.
"The four run-outs were fantastic and we've fielded well right through the last few months.
"We have a good fielding unit at the moment, we have some good young fielders and some old legs working hard as well."

Dravid was particularly pleased with youngsters Irfan Pathan, who was named man of the match for his 3-43, and Yuvraj Singh, who guided the tourists home with a fine 82 not out.
"These guys are playing great cricket and we're looking for the younger players to develop over the next year or so," he added.
"We're trying to give them opportunities and challenges and if they develop it will be a good sign for us leading into the World Cup next year."
Pakistan skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq was unhappy with his side's all-round display and urged them to get it right for the third game in Lahore on Monday.
"It was not a good day for us. India played well but we didn't play good cricket," he moaned.
"We didn't get enough on what was a good track for batting after the first few overs when the ball swung, although Shoaib Malik and Younis Khan played excellently.
"The bowlers need to work hard because they're not bowling in the right areas but hopefully in Lahore it will be different."
