Ireland & Scotland U19s winless
Defeats for Ireland and Scotland left both sides bottom of their Under-19 World Cup groups, winless in three first-round matches each.

Scotland's batting failed again as they were bowled out for 156 in a seven-wicket defeat by Namibia.

Scots captain Kasaim Farid hit 46 but spinner Nicolaas Scholtz took 4-25.

Ireland hauled Nepal back to 234-8, Sharad Vesawkar making 82, but skipper Eoin Morgan (86) was the only batsman to put up a fight as they fell for 174.

The two ICC associate member sides will now take part in the consolation Plate competition.

England, who are already through to the next round, face Zimbabwe in their final group game on Friday.

Twice-champion Australia made hard work of their third victory of the tournament against first-timers the USA, getting home with six wickets down.

And Bangladesh maintained their 100% record heading into Saturday's quarter-finals with a comprehensive 171-run win over Uganda.
