Taibu content with rare victory

Taibu hit 28 not out in Zimbabwe's fine total of 251-8 in Dhaka
Tatenda Taibu was happy to reflect on the first victory by Zimbabwe under his captaincy after his side beat Bangladesh by 22 runs on Thrusday.

The visitors lead 1-0 in the one-day series after losing the Tests 1-0.

Taibu said: "We batted well to recover after a poor start. We are improving and playing good cricket."

Opposite number Habibul Bashar said a target of 252 was too high. "We gave a few extra runs while fielding," said the Bangladesh captain.

He continued: "We needed one of our top-order batsmen to score big in order to achieve the target. I hope the boys will learn from this game."

Zimbabwean seam bowler Doug Hondo, who took 3-36, was man of the match.
