Somerset's Champions League Twenty20 clash with South Australia in Bangalore was abandoned without a ball being bowled because of persistent rain.
The match between Kolkata and Warriors at the same stadium, external was able to take place after the wicket had dried.
Kolkata, who finished on 83-1 from nine overs, won by 22 runs after their target was adjusted after more rain.
Somerset, who won their first three matches in India, now play Royal Challengers Bangalore on Monday.
They are scheduled to follow that with a match on Wednesday against Warriors.
