Johnny Owen's father, Dick Owens, travels to Mexico to meet the man who ended his son's life in his fatal world bantamweight title challenge in Los Angeles in 1980, Lupe Pintor.

Mexican great Pintor then travels to Merthyr to meet the rest of the family and unveil a statue dedicated to 'The Matchstick Man'.

Dick Owens sadly passed away in 2005.
