Bristol-based boxer Dean Francis admits his career will be on the line when he fights Portsmouth's Tony Oakey.

Francis, has made a successful comeback from injury, and fights Oakey on Friday for the British light-heavyweight title at Pompey's Mountbatten Centre.

"If I lose this fight, then that's the end of my career so it's a massive fight for me," he told BBC Points West.

"I was promised a world title fight by the end of the year, so if I win this then that becomes more of a reality."
