Bugner twice held the British and Commonwealth titles and was three times European champion.

"I've never seen heavyweight boxing in such a poor state, ever," Bugner told BBC London 94.9.

"When you think of the fighters today, they're so moronic. They can't move, they can't do anything."

Bugner added: "They just plod, plod, plod. They're all living on the one punch. The sensational big right hand or the big left hook."
