WBO cruiserweight champion Enzo Maccarinelli will make his second title defence on 7 April against American challenger Bobby "The Machine" Gunn. The pair will clash on the undercard of Joe Calzaghe's WBO super middleweight title defence against Peter Manfredo.

The 33-year-old Gunn now has a record of 16 wins (13 KO) and two losses.

"I don't know a lot about him, but I hear he comes to fight and has a big punch," Maccarinelli told BBC Sport Wales.
"He may have a set of machine guns but I have weapons of mass destruction in my hands! It's going to be exciting while it lasts."
Bonymaen-man Maccarinelli, 26, hopes to go on this summer to meet the winner of a proposed March fight between WBA and WBC title-holder O'Neil Bell and Jean-Marc Mormeck.
